A standard Service and Maintenance agreement consists of:
- Service Desk: Access to our Service Desk.
- Spare parts & logistics: Many of NetNordics technology partners have strict requirements for response and limited access to spare parts. NetNordic has therefore established spare part depots and has logistics procedures that meet customers’ requirements. We supply efficient and flexible spare part services.
- Software subscription: NetNordic handles licenses and software upgrades on behalf of the customer. We are responsible for the communication with the suppliers. You will have full access to download software upgrades and new software on our customer website.
